Nestled in St Austell Business Park our conference facility is part of St Austell Printing Company (SAPC). We’re only a few minutes from the A30 and with our accessible, extensive onsite parking you and your delegates can arrive fuss-free, raring to go.
If you prefer to leave the car at home you can cycle or walk along the Clay Trails to our conference centre – we have secure bike storage and showers.
We’re 5 minutes drive from St Austell Train Station with a bus stop in front of the venue on the main road. The official name of the bus stop is “St Austell Enterprise Park”. Find out times here.
If you need somewhere to stay, we are right next door to the St Austell Premier Inn.
We also have EV charging on site and a small fleet of Beryl Bikes.

A30, Bodmin
Head to St Austell on A391, through Bugle and Stenalees. At roundabout take 1st exit left. Continue to follow A391. Turn right at 2 mini-roundabouts towards St Austell. At next roundabout take 1st exit left. You’ll see signs for St Austell Enterprise Park, follow this road round to the left and head straight up into St Austell Business Park.
A390, Truro
Head to St Austell on A390, along Truro Road and Southbourne Road (past Asda on right). At next roundabout, take 2nd exit right onto Holmbush Road, remaining on A390. Through 3 sets of traffic lights. At next traffic lights, turn left on to A391 (follow signs for Bodmin, Bugle & Eden). Follow A391 uphill, through 3 roundabouts. At 4th roundabout, take 3rd exit right, follow road around to the left and head straight up into St Austell Business Park.
A390, Lostwithiel/Liskeard
Head to St Austell on A390, through Lostwithiel and St Blazey. On entering St Austell (after St Austell Garden Centre on left), take right hand lane at traffic lights, signposted A391, Bodmin, Carclaze & Eden. Follow A391 uphill, through 3 roundabouts. At 4th roundabout, take 3rd exit right, follow road around to the left and head straight up into St Austell Business Park.
