In an era of environmental consciousness, hosting a sustainable conference is not just a trend but a responsibility. Our Conference Facilities have been designed and built to the highest level of environmental sustainability.
Our facility has an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating, the leading environmental assessment for buildings. Our building is constructed from sustainable materials, heat loss is limited by insulation, our rainwater is harvested and all our ventilation is natural.
In the construction of St Austell Business Park, we worked hard to protect the existing flora and fauna, embrace the natural landscape and enhance the indigenous ecology. We have a natural pond just outside the Conference Venue and a grass topped roof.
To help you arrive here more sustainably, EV charging is available on site and a fleet of Beryl Bikes is available just outside the Conference Centre.
