15% Off Room Hire at St Austell Conference Centre

Our Offer

15% discount on room hire rates at St Austell Conference Centre for eligible new bookings made for events taking place in 2026.

Eligibility

  • This offer is valid for new bookings only made from 1st July 2026 to 30th September 2026.
  • The offer applies to room hire charges only and does not apply to catering and refreshments.
  • Existing bookings, tentative holds, or previously quoted enquiries are not eligible.

Booking Period

  • The offer applies to events taking place between 1st July and 31st December 2026.
  • Bookings must be confirmed by the completion of the booking confirmation form, where applicable, payment of any required deposit.

Discount Application

  • A 15% discount will be applied to the standard published room hire rate at the time of booking.
  • The discount will be reflected in the final invoice and contract confirmation.
  • Any additional services and bookings will be charged at standard rates.

Usage Limitation

  • This offer is applicable to one (1) event booking for one conference suite only per organisation or client.
  • The discount cannot be applied to multiple bookings, repeat events, or transferred to another booking or event.

Exclusions

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or negotiated rate unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • The offer excludes large-scale exhibitions, or specially contracted events unless otherwise approved by management.

Availability

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
  • The Conference Centre reserves the right to decline bookings where capacity or operational constraints apply.

Amendments & Cancellations

  • Any amendments to bookings may result in the recalculation or removal of the discount if the booking no longer meets eligibility criteria.
  • Standard cancellation terms of the Conference Centre will apply to all bookings.

Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking and/or removal of the discount.

General

  • The Conference Centre reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • All bookings are subject to the Centre’s standard Terms & Conditions of hire.
